GGuest UserLove the people at the front desk, they are always so happy and friendly. Check-in took a bit longer than usual but the staff were very apologetic. I stayed in the Urban room at level 12 facing the highway and river. To my surprise it was rather quiet I can’t really hear the traffic. Morning breakfast at level 6 was pretty crowded. The next morning I just went down earlier and it was great. The girls at breakfast were always happy to welcome us… keep it up 👍

MMaira AskariWe truely enjoy our stay at Legoland hotel. My child could spend all day at the lobby to play with the blocks and make some new friends while building blocks 😄😄 we also celebrated his birthday there and the team delivered the cake to our room and they also sang for him.

PPapa LimThe Hotel entrance and carpark entrance are all very easy to locate. Front counter is 24hr open so when I checked in around 10pm, it was very easy.
The room is as good as advertised on Trip.com. cleanliness was good and all e pillows, blankets and bed are new and good!
The breakfast was cheap and VERY GOOD TO EAT. The environment is very cosy and food+ staffs are good and courteous
Will definitely book again!!

JJef AngVery good location, just opposite Bukit Indah Aeon Shopping centre and next to Macdonald's.
But Facilities wise is not ideal.
Gym very small, only got 4 equipments.
Located on ground floor and outside hotel.
Swimming pool also just next to the GYM.
You need to walk out of the lobby, out of the hotel to go to the pool and GYM.
Yet hotel do not provide bathrobe so I don't know how the guest access the facilities.
If rain even worst, no shelter linking the GYM and the lobby.
10th floor supposed to have a Club Lounge and staff told me no longer available...
Food wise is fair.
Some food like pau and hard boiled eggs are cold even tot they are on warmers...
Room wise above average as bed got a bit of light stains and cigar burnt mark.
Toilet glass door silicon already gone.
Face towel not provided.
Got shower gel and shampoo dispenser.

AAnonymous UserVery conveniently located near to KSL mall and other amenities around the area. Room was clean and have facilities for guests to enjoy. But food variety for buffet was so so, and the water spray from shower head in my room was weird..instead of spraying in one direction, the water sprayed out downwards and also to the left, resulting in a weak water pressure and turning the tap only makes the water spray all over the place even more. Did not call front desk to change room or get a plumber as it is too much of a hassle. Decent for the price paid overall but could do some maintenance.

GGuest UserI really nice spacious room, we stayed in 307, which is a one-bed room apartment, please note there are smaller rooms. this is really good if you are staying for a few days, large living room with an induction cooker, toaster, microwave, and fridge. They also included plates and bowls. for cooking equipment and glassware, you will need to contact housekeeping, i stayed only 2 nights so i didn't bother. one big pet peeve was that the dish provided was too big for the microwave, so please heat up your food in the containers before plating them. Both the microwave and fridge worked well, it made ice in around 2 to 3 hours. the shower was great, with constant temperature and good water pressure. the bedroom lacked a TV only the TV was in the living room, so that was a bummer, the room was also a bit noisy as i think there is a family of birds living in the air-con compressor so if you are a light sleeper, you want to give this a miss. The road outside can also get noisy at all hours. The nightlife is interesting, with quite a few bars and restaurants, and lots of motorized scooter rental stores, this does have quite a big issue with me, with alot of teens and kids zooming up and down the harbor at night, it does get dangerous for families with smaller kids. The selling point of this place is its proximity to Legoland, unfortunately, it is a tad hard to get a Grabcar (a rideshare service like Uber) because at the moment the area is not as busy as it was pre-covid. i see families waiting 30mins to an hour to get a car. If you drive, there is an underground carpark (complimentary). The most disappointing was the breakfast, not enough food, and they were unable to cope with the number of people. they struggled to fill coffee pots, juice dispensers, cut fruits, and bread. once something came out, it was gone in minutes. Overall, I would recommend this place for families, just skip the breakfast and make something in the room.

YYeah Boleh JalanWe stay here after playing in Legoland. We Check in at 9pm. Check in process was smooth. The room was good and clean. Air conditioning not so cool but it’s considered ok for me. The swimming pool was good. Have slide for kids. My son love it. The price was also reasonable. Im sure will come and stay here again.

Cons - not sound proof, fair bit of noise from traffic at night, yrllow stain on bedsheet, tiny ants on bed, bedside table showing cup stains and sticky, shower head seems spoilt as the water was dripping down instead of spray like and out, making us stand superb close to the wall to be able to get the water, shower handle spoilt; came off while adjusting the water temperatuee, no tissue paper
Overall, small hotel, very basic. Whilst I hv no issues with providing my own tissue paper boxes, shampoo or toothbrush n other stuff, felt that Cleanliness shd not be compromised no matter how.
