The staff are friendly, location is great, but this time the room cleanings were not good enough, the carpet need to be replaced and clean also I asked the housekeeper to change bed sheets because it has a black stains. I booked the room for almost a week and last night I found letter from room head same like you don’t have the right to ask for late check out although I didn’t request it, it wasn’t very nice and I replied to him already. In front of the hotel a heavy sound of construction work.

Excellent location next to Greenbelt 5, top service, great and big gym, splendid cigar lounge.

Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The room was a little cold but they adjusted and it felt much better. Excellent service they are fast to respond when I left my charger in the room. Location is amazing. Food is excellent. Do note breakfast area has dress code does not allow singlets

Had the studio room for one. Better than most hotels as they have a kitchenette which includes a sink with water filter, microwave, and induction oven. Really nice to have the water filter as you don’t need to go out and get water bottles.

everything is good except there is a ongoing construction which is nosiy. not suitable for later sleepers.

Location! Location! Location! 20 step away from the Greenbelt shopping mall, all the eateries and cafe ☕️ in side. The room size is bigger than average comes with little pantry and a bath tube. Is newer compare to the class 5 stars hotel around the greenbelt mall. They have the steam room at the spa, the breakfast sitting area is good with good range of food.

Everything was excellent. The rooms were spotless. My only complaint was, that even if I specified that I didn't want to be disturbed, they would call repeatedly on the phone to check if I needed cleaning service. If I didn't answer the phone they could call repeatedly until they got an answer.
