Clean and good staffs

Hotel cozy and affordable Location is isolated and far but if u use the hotel Shuttle finish ur day eat and then come sleep 😴

I had 2 negative experiences in this hotel, one of which was very unpleasant. First, the hotel could no longer find my reservation, but that was resolved very quickly. Then on the evening of the fourth day of my stay, I found an envelope on my bed with a 50 euro fine in it. At the reception, I was explained coldly that it is because it is forbidden to smoke in the room. The cleaning lady would have smelled the cigarette while cleaning the room. The problem is that I'm a non-smoker and I can't stand the smell of cigarettes either. It was particularly unpleasant having to convince the receptionist that I don't smoke. Finally, she withdrew the fine. I came 5 times in this hotel, and to be fair, I must say that the rest is perfect. The staff are professional (except for the fine!), smiling and helpful. The rooms are very well equipped and spacious. The breakfast is very good and it is possible to have dinner at the hotel.

The service is great, and their hygienic conditions are good. But they will charge 10euro per day for room service.

Nice for stop over

Location is poor. Breakfast need to be improved as 15euro. Room is okay and clean.

It was very good, but the city tax was not collected at the beginning and was not collected until the last day. I was not used to it. I had to pay 7.5 euros more for city tax per day. The breakfast was not cheap either.

Very neat and clean structure. The staff is kind and helpful. Excellent quality of restaurant service and large assortment of products for breakfast. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. The location was a bit inconvenient as there were only trams and buses nearby and the buses didn't come on time.

Magnificent hotel, excellent staff, from the breakfast room to the reception staff, I start by saying that the rooms are equipped with all comforts, from toothbrushes to slippers, I liked it immediately and it gives the feeling of being pampered from the first moment. Breakfast products of excellent quality, from Nutella, fresh fruit, donuts and juices of all kinds, in short I would go back immediately, highly recommended!

Not a bad hotel, a little far from the center. From the Rebibbia metro station you need to take a bus for about 15 minutes. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Cleanliness in the room. There were two bottles of mineral water. They didn't give me any more water. Pleasant staff at the reception. A city tax will be collected upon eviction. It would also be possible to add not only Italian channels on TV. For an additional fee it is possible to order breakfast /15 euros/.

The hotel is 3 stars maximum.

The place is a bit remote, but other things are OK
