First of all, I am very upset because they made me pay MORE than what my booking said.
In my reservation, it said that I had to pay US$27.58 in extra charges at the hotel. Well, they made me pay almost US$50 saying that that was not the value of the taxes and that the printout of my reservation was wrong.
That was very upsetting because they did not want to respect my reservation as it was printed. See attached photo
The hotel is very good and an excellent breakfast that allows you to charge good energy for demanding days of tourism.
The availability of the employees is very good but they do not have a good level of English.
Due to misunderstanding, sometimes they do things half wrong or cause inconveniences. For example, we asked to be woken up at 4 am for the trip, and they did not call us. Then we asked for a taxi to the airport (they knew we were going to Khiva on a domestic flight because we were returning to the hotel later). and they asked for a taxi to the international terminal. Fortunately we had plenty of time because the terminals are almost half an hour away by taxi... it cost us twice as much!
The location is far from tourist attractions, so it is not ideal.
The room was very good and had an excellent bed and excellent pillows.
I think that if I return to Tashkent I will choose another hotel
