This place is as peaceful as a dream, the moss is like a green carpet, and the stream is clear. It is very suitable to escape from the world for a few days! The texture of the cabin is also very good! The service is very thoughtful!

The hotel is located in the forest. The rooms are villas and cabins. It is very quiet and close to nature. I have seen deer in the park. There are two floors in the cabin, a log holiday home with a balcony and kitchen, and a gurgling stream outside the window. Insects are inevitable, equipped with mosquito coils, remember to close the doors and windows in time when entering and leaving. There are several courts near the hotel, and it is very close to play ball, which is a good choice. Guests in the park also need to call a car for pick-up, and meal time is also arranged in advance. Both the front desk and the restaurant are very warm and polite, and the service is meticulous and thoughtful. There is a waitress wearing glasses in the restaurant who introduces every dish in English very well 👍 I feel that the connection between the various departments of the hotel is very smooth and silky, and the experience is very good! There is a drop-off service, and the time is negotiated with the guests. Remember to communicate with the front desk in advance. It takes less than 7,000 yen for us to take a taxi from New Chitose Airport to the hotel for 20 minutes. If you contact the hotel in advance, you can probably get a car to pick you up, right? The experience is great, and I will stay here again next time I have the chance.

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel. The shop staff are very nice and polite. And there are Chinese-speaking staff, which makes the check-in and accommodation experience more convenient! Mr. Ding and the old Japanese gentleman on duty at night are very polite and provide high quality service. The hotel environment is very good, with its own private lake, and wild deer can be seen next to the accommodation. You can also cook your own food

Many years ago, I stayed in a cabin near a lake in the forest and spent a snowy night. Watching the snow scenery leisurely in the house made me come back again this year. Unfortunately, it didn’t snow yet today.

The room was very clean, the service was very friendly, the breakfast was rich and tasted very good. We booked a triple room, and the hotel gave us two rooms with complete facilities. We enjoyed it very much. We will come again next time if we have the opportunity, and we will recommend to friends

Very nice hotel

I went on a solo trip and found the hospitality excellent. I enjoyed the mesmerising views and the surroundings of the area. I was impressed by many things but most of all their hospitality and service. I highly recommend this place to those who seek a peaceful spot.

I stayed here the day before playing golf at Nidom. To be honest, I'm not sure if this is good or bad, so I'm giving it this rating. The hospitality is good, but there's something missing, and the lodge is stylish, but it's undeniably old. When I started playing golf, I realized I'd left my hat behind, and even though I'd given detailed instructions, I couldn't find it. I checked again on my way back and it was there. I wonder where I was looking for it. It's a shame, as they were very kind. The lodge is very stylish, but the placement of the outlets, the equipment, the WiFi, etc. are undeniably old. It's a shame, as the amenities were great. The large public bath was a little too small to be called a large public bath. I think it was new when Bernstein used to stay here, but I think it would become a great hotel if it were renovated.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a deer, and in the morning a squirrel came in front of the lodge. This is the best hotel where you can easily enjoy the magnificent nature of Hokkaido. The lodge is solidly built, with a lovely natural interior and soft indirect lighting that will make you feel at ease. Even in the summer, the room was cool and I was able to sleep soundly until morning without using an air conditioner. The number one recommendation is the delicious food. Genghis Khan and the Japanese morning set meal are both sprinkled with Hokkaido ingredients, and I think they use high-quality ingredients that can only be found at Nidom. It was so delicious that my husband and I are looking forward to the meal and are looking forward to coming back next year.

It's an extraordinary space. A hotel in the middle of the forest. The whole forest is a hotel. After checking in, I rented a bicycle and walked around the grounds. The lakeside is really beautiful. To move around the grounds, you call the front desk and they will pick you up and drop you off with a car each time. It's VIP style. I felt bad and wanted to enjoy nature, so I moved around by bicycle. Each room is an independent cottage. It's a log cabin style and very nice. The facilities are a little old, but there were no problems and I was able to stay comfortably. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was that I couldn't find an outlet in the room. There was only one, next to the sink in the bathroom. I'm sorry if I just couldn't find it. The staff were very polite and kind, and I had a pleasant stay. It was summer vacation season, but I thought it was a bargain to stay for around 10,000 yen. And breakfast was included. I'd like to stay again.

It was a very nice place full of greenery and a pleasant walk. It's a pity that even the guests are paying for the hot springs and bicycles (they can only be used on the premises, so they don't go that far). Nowadays, if you have a bicycle at a guest house or Airbnb, you can use it for free. You don't have to pay that much, do you?
