🌿 I was craving some rustic food in Hangzhou, and a friend recommended this place to me. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the owner's warm hospitality. The dishes here are truly rustic. The traditional cooking methods and homely flavors took me back to my childhood. 🥢 Colorful yellow croaker: This dish is beautifully presented, with colorful peppers covering the yellow croaker. The fish is tender and delicate, with a delicious pickled pepper flavor. It's so good! 🥢 Bamboo shoot stew: A perfect combination of fresh and crispy bamboo shoots and salty cured meat. The bamboo shoots absorb the savory flavor of the cured meat, becoming tender and flavorful, while the cured meat gains a hint of sweetness from the bamboo shoots. The two flavors blend together in your mouth, creating a satisfying taste experience. 🥢 My friend and I also ordered chicken feet with soybeans, stir-fried pig ears, and other dishes.
