Manting Park, Xishuangbanna | Travel Back in Time

|Travel back in time. 🌴 Manting Park is a must-visit attraction in Xishuangbanna. It was once the royal garden of the Dai King. The park is a village-style park that combines Dai and Thai styles. It is famous for its magnificent Dai royal palace and rich tropical plants. It is a paradise for taking photos, and the strong Southeast Asian style makes you feel like you are in a foreign country. 🎫 Tickets Adult: CNY 40 (includes Manting Park + Zongfo Temple + Elephant Show + Parrot Show) Bonfire Party: CNY 280 including buffet (18:30–21:15) ⌚️ Opening hours 08:00–18:00 (last entry at 17:00) Parrot Park: 09:50, 12:00, 15:40 Royal Elephant Culture Park (watch elephants): 10:30, 14:50, 16:30 Recommended visit time 08:00–10:00 (less crowded) 🛕 Zongfo Temple is connected to Manting Park. I think it is a more photogenic place than Manting Park. Admission is free. The north side is connected to the south gate of Manting Park, and you can also buy tickets to enter Manting Park here. If you are driving, I strongly recommend going to Zongfo Temple first. There is a free parking lot for the scenic area at the entrance of Zongfo Temple. It is only a few steps away from the gate, which is very convenient. We arrived at 9:30 am, and there were many empty spaces. 📍 Navigation: Xishuangbanna Zongfo Temple Ground Parking Lot. Note that when you are about to arrive, there are many private parking lots along the way. Do not enter them. The official free parking lot is the closest.
