Kota Kinabalu, Sabah: An Unforgettable Travel Feast!

If you're looking for a place to have fun, don't miss this one! 🌊Island Snorkeling: After arriving, we decided to go snorkeling on the island. The hotel we stayed at was very close to the island pier, just a 10-minute walk away. The ticket office at the pier provided excellent service, quickly helping us arrange a boat to take us out to sea for some fun. Whether you want to visit one island or challenge yourself with two, the price of 90 MYR per person is very reasonable. We set off at 2 pm that day, got up close and personal with all kinds of beautiful fish in the sea, and enjoyed snorkeling until 5 pm before reluctantly heading back. 🍜Unforgettable Food: In the evening, we had to try the famous Sin Kee Bak Kut Teh. It's an old Chinese restaurant, and the owner is very friendly, speaking fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Hakka, so you can chat with anyone. The restaurant was bustling with tourists, and when we arrived at 7:30 pm, there was already a long line waiting for a table. When the Bak Kut Teh was served, the unique aroma of Chinese herbs filled the air. The ribs were tender and flavorful, and we also ordered claypot braised pork and pig stomach soup. Every bite was pure happiness, and we were so busy eating that we forgot to take photos. Dining here felt like being at a hometown restaurant, with a great atmosphere. 🕌Exciting Sightseeing: On the second day, we took a taxi to the Floating Mosque. You need to buy a ticket to enter, which costs 10 MYR for adults and 5 MYR for children, but the ticket also includes clothing rental. After changing into special clothes, we entered the mosque. Although some areas were closed, the solemn and unique architectural beauty was eye-opening, and any photo taken here would earn you lots of likes on social media. From the mosque, we took a taxi to the University of Sabah, which was about a 10-minute drive away. The campus was quiet due to the Chinese New Year holiday, with few students around, so we could take lots of photos and enjoy the unique charm of the university. Moreover, it's only a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport to the city center, making transportation very convenient.
