Albania is not big, but its capital, Tirana, is very well built, with very distinctive buildings worth seeing. We stayed at the Te Stela Hotel, which is only 10 km from Tirana Airport. The owner of the hotel is very powerful, and the hotel, spa, pool bar, beer house, sports center, and a factory nearby are all his. 800 meters from the hotel is a large local shopping mall with a large supermarket and a full range of daily necessities. Pure water and beer are relatively affordable, but vegetables and fruits are relatively expensive. [About the Service] The hotel has free parking for guests. There is a shuttle bus to the airport (for a fee). The front desk provides proficient English service and foreign currency exchange services. There is a free lounge and computer internet area in the lobby. The hotel has been around for a long time, but the facilities are well maintained and look good. Both public areas and guest rooms are well cleaned and kept tidy. [Room Experience] The superior twin room is relatively small, about 20 square meters. The single bed is relatively wide, 1.3 meters, clean and comfortable. It is relatively quiet at night and you can sleep normally. There is a writing desk, a small refrigerator, and an LCD TV. The air conditioner does not cool, only blows, and the noise is loud, so I turned it off and opened the window for ventilation. The refrigerator is full of paid water and juice, and there are no other supplies in the room. [Bathroom Facilities] The bathroom is relatively small. Although the wet and dry areas are separated, the glass door of the shower room is not tightly closed and leaks a little. The faucet also leaks a little, mainly because the facilities are old and need to be updated. There is shampoo and shower gel, and the hot water is warm. [Free Breakfast] The room rate of €60 includes breakfast for two. I slept in and didn't go to eat. My friend came back and said: "It's a good thing you didn't go to eat. There are very few breakfast options, not much, and the taste is not good. I don't feel full. When you eat instant noodles, soak two buckets, and I'll eat some more..." I laughed myself awake! I personally think that Te Stela Hotel is okay for one night, after all, the price is relatively affordable, so it's worth staying for one night.
