Those who have already done their homework will approach the new year with much more ease. Optimistic voices abound these days. Personally, I find it hard to believe that everything will already improve as of January 1st. Additionally, I see signs of further consolidation in the European EMS market. One or two smaller players will either be acquired by a larger company or disappear from the market entirely. And since there are currently fewer new projects on the market, the pressure on individual providers to reduce prices will also increase."
