Events › Lunar New Year: Balloons and Crafts

Let's celebrate the Year of the Snake at the West Valley Branch Library! Join us for some balloon-making fun with Hey Balloon Lady and Birthday Party People! The artists will provide a menu of balloon creations for children to choose from to take home (one balloon creation per child). The library will also provide some coloring sheets, a paper lantern craft, and a paper chain snake craft to do while supplies last. This program was generously sponsored by the Friends of the West Valley Branch Library.

Free. Balloons may be limited. Starting 15 minutes before the program, a ticket will be given at the Community Room door for each child who wants a balloon until we run out of tickets. If time allows, simple balloon creations may be given to children without tickets.
