I got a mindblowing idea right here : How about listing friendly fire on the spells that can friendly fire? I get it common sense dictates an explosion or sawblade will kill you but I never would've guessed "Infestation" has friendly fire on default. Ending a 8 hour run by your own hand when you read the description of the spell 5 times over is extremely demotivating. I completely understand people resort to mods in this game. Also I have not even the slightest clue how do I die to one particle of Infestat...

I've been doing a god run right now and I'm trying to prepare for the sun quest. The wiki states that it's basically essential to have 20x stainless armor and ONLY a gas blood perk, because my blood cannot stain me while sun dipping. Problem is I already picked up an oil blood and a slime blood perk mostly because I wanted the damage resistance and fire immunity. I realized I had to get rid of these perks with the nullifying alter, but I also knew that I still needed the fire immunity perk if I didn't wa...

Just mod it and make it easier. Nobody will know or care and there is no shame in making it less punishing. Its a single player game that I play to have fun not to sweat. At the end of the day, mods make this game wag more enjoyable for the casual player and that's a fact....

I'm not really done playing vanilla, but I'd like to start including some basic mods like English translation, enemy names, and character cosmetic. From what I've heard I got the impression some mods don't disable achievements. How do I tell? Not really interested in installing anything external to get around it at this point....

everytime i start a new game either modded or vanilla, my game crashes. this has been going on for a few days at this point and i dont know what could be causing it or if im the only one with this issue
