These terms are applicable to you if you accept debit cards in the US and those debit card transactions are routed through a debit card network.  Each debit card network has Card Network Rules (as defined in the Stripe Services Agreement). You must comply with the Card Network Rules for the applicable debit card network.  The debit card networks may amend their respective Card Network Rules at any time without notice to you.
