Mail declarative configuration for Apple devices
Use the Mail configuration to configure POP or IMAP mail accounts for users. Apple devices support industry-standard IMAP4 and POP3 mail solutions on a range of server platforms, including macOS, Windows, UNIX and Linux.
The Mail configuration supports the following:
Minimum supported operating systems and channels: iOS 15, iPadOS 15, Shared iPad user, macOS 13 user, visionOS 1.1.
Requires supervision: No.
Supported enrolment types: User Enrolment, Device Enrolment, Automated Device Enrolment.

Incoming mail server settings
You can have different settings for both the incoming and outgoing mail server. These are settings for the incoming mail server.

Outgoing mail server settings
You can have different settings for both the incoming and outgoing mail server. These are settings for the outgoing mail server.
