Add line or page breaks in Pages for iCloud
You can add a line or page break to force a break in text.
Line break: Use a line break, also called a soft return, to start a new line without starting a new paragraph.
Page break: Use a page break (in word-processing documents only) to move a line of text to the top of the next page or to start typing on a new page.
Go to Pages for iCloud
, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
In your document, click where you want the break to occur.
Do one of the following:
Add a line break: Click
in the toolbar, then choose Line Break.
Add a page break: Click
in the toolbar, then choose Page Break.
If you don’t see Page Break, you’re in a page layout document.
You can also adjust the spacing between lines and paragraphs in your document.
Thanks for your feedback.
