Cursor, Visuals category, VoiceOver Utility on Mac
Use the Cursor pane of the Visuals category in VoiceOver Utility to set options for the VoiceOver cursor.
To open VoiceOver Utility, press Command-F5 to turn VoiceOver on, then press VO-F8.
Note: VO represents the VoiceOver modifier. See Use the VoiceOver modifier.
Option | Description |
---|---|
Show VoiceOver cursor | Show the VoiceOver cursor. The VoiceOver cursor appears on-screen as a dark outlined box. |
VoiceOver Cursor Magnification | Decrease or increase the size of the VoiceOver cursor by dragging the slider towards Small or Large. |
When reading text, move VoiceOver cursor by | Choose how the VoiceOver cursor should move while reading: Sentence or Word. |
