Save tasks in Remote Desktop
Save tasks in Remote Desktop so you can quickly repeat them later. You can save tasks for creating reports, copying files, sending messages to users, or shutting down computers. You can’t save Control or Observe tasks.
Save a task to the sidebar
In Remote Desktop , click Save in the task window, then name the saved task.
Edit a saved task
You can edit a previously saved task, including its settings and the computers on which the task executes.
In Remote Desktop , select a task in the sidebar of the main window, double-click the task to edit it, then change the task’s settings and, if necessary, the computer list.
You can remove computers by selecting them and pressing the Delete key, and you can add computers by dragging them from a list to the task.
