Do you accept returns?
In order to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours from the ordering time.
After that period, since we are manufacturing custom-made products for each order, cancellations or returns cannot be made.
If your order arrives damaged or if the product is defective you can contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate it and replace it at our discretion.
Please note that this statement applies solely to physical goods and shall not apply to any digital goods you acquired via the services or the website, and any such purchase is under your sole risk and responsibility.
