Today's Growth Spotlight shines on Sindi Vilakati. We’re proud to celebrate Sindi’s incredible journey and the impact she continues to make at EWSC. "My growth journey at EWSC has been nothing short of amazing, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunities I’ve had along the way. I joined the Corporation as a graduate in training for the position of Customer Service Supervisor. After a year, I applied for and was appointed as a Third Party Channels Analyst. Shortly after, I was entrusted with the opportunity to serve as Acting Manager for Customer Service and Accounts, a development position I am currently honored to undertake. Working across different regions, engaging with diverse teams, and contributing to the core business has given me invaluable insights. The mentorship from my supervisors and the unwavering support of the Blue Team family have been instrumental in shaping my growth and making this journey deeply fulfilling." hashtag #WeDoItThroughPeople hashtag #CareerGrowth

Today, the Corporation hosted Supplier’s Day 2024 at @Royal Vilas under the theme “Collaborative Compliance”. Together with our stakeholders Eswatini Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ESPPRA), Eswatini Institute of Accountants (ESIA) , ESWATINI NATIONAL PROVIDENT FUND and Eswatini Revenue Service (ERS) , we engaged our Suppliers to explore how we can work together more effectively, ensuring that we uphold the highest standards of service delivery and compliance within our procurement space. All this has been done to get closer to the Corporation's mandate of ensuring water supply and sanitation services in the homes of emaSwati by 2030 in line with SDG 6.

Yesterday, EWSC proudly hosted renowned Organisational Behavioral Specialist Siphiwe Moyo for an insightful session with our managers on mastering the art of effective management. At the heart of the session was the importance of equipping our leaders, those entrusted with guiding and inspiring our teams with the tools and strategies needed to foster meaningful engagement and drive performance. Key lessons included: ✅ Identifying what truly motivates and drives individuals. ✅ Prioritizing continuous feedback and regular check-ins. ✅ Embracing employee-led conversations to foster trust and collaboration. ✅ Shifting from a purely rating-driven approach to creating positive, meaningful workspaces. By investing in our managers, we are investing in a culture of purpose, growth, and impact ensuring EWSC continues to thrive as an organization where people feel empowered to excel and fulfill the Corporation’s mandate. #WeDoItThroughOurPeople #LeadershipDevelopment #EmployeeEngagement #EWSC #GrowthMindset
