Last Friday, as part of our #16DaysOfActivism commemoration; our KI staff participated in an enlightening dialogue session with Mr. Vusi Shabangu from the Ministry of Health on GBV and mental health. Key takeaways included the importance of understanding power dynamics in relationships, effective financial management, and dismantling stereotypical thinking that can harm our connections. We were also joined by Mr. Shiba from the Ministry of Labour to sensitize us on workmen's compensation. Let’s commit to ongoing learning to better engage and support our beneficiaries!💯💙 #mondaymood #mentalhealthmatters #empowerment #16DaysOfActivismAgainstGenderBasedViolence

In a world that often tells us to be strong and silent, remember that true courage lies in vulnerability. Just as we encourage openness about mental health, we must also advocate for a society free from violence and discrimination. Let’s break the silence and support one another on this journey. Stand up against all forms of violence. Together, we can inspire change and create a safer, healthier community for everyone! 💯 #Bhoboka #MentalHealthMatters #MenSpeakOut #Eswatini #EndTheStigma
