As we step into 2025, I think it’s only right to reflect on an encouraging year of transformation, growth and achievement across all of our 𝗗𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗰𝗵 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 multi-brand organisations, whilst outlining some of those key advancements from our journey and our projection for innovation and digitisation into the year ahead.
In summary our 2024 strategic highlights include:
· Launching our multi-million Euro 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 across all global entities supporting initiatives such as solution development, new client services and strategic recruitment, optimising business systems and data driven decision making
· Positioning for 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 via policy development, governance and compliance checklists and practical guidelines to ensure 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 and the ability to gain advantage from novel technologies
· Creating our multi-hosted, scalable and secure in-house generative AI tool namely 𝗗𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗰𝗵 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗣𝗧, supported by a staged development roadmap, solution integration and targetability
· Increasing our 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 and 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 for the future, whilst layering on top of our existing business models and competencies the appetite and support for 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 across both our technical teams and business as usual functions, in a more measurable and targeted way
· Continually developing the 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀 and 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 across entities on top of our typical competencies, regardless of size or scale, to collectively position us for the future, enhancing how we operate, improving our internal processes and systems alongside generating personal opportunities for growth.
Our strategic direction for the next 12-24 months is not about duplication or distraction through technology hype or trends, but about having a continued targeted, measurable and applied enhancement spanning innovative methods across our multi-faceted technical and functional areas, in order to create an exciting, supported and long-term sustainable development. Supporting our people by removing the blockers and providing them the ability to innovative is key, with a more targeted focus on what is required to be optimised, which will lead us to continued measurable success.
We continue to strengthen the alignment between 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for our people, organisations, clients, and the societies we impact. Our achievements wouldn’t have been possible without the support and effort from a lot of our talented people across our global organisations, to which I am very grateful for.
