𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴? We helped ERNO LASZLO transition to paper packaging for their iconic cleansing bar, a major step forward. The old packaging? An ABS plastic box. The problem? ABS plastic isn’t sorted from household waste, making it unsuitable for packaging. So, switching to paper was a win. But what about the remaining stock of unused plastic packaging? Instead of letting it go to waste, we transformed it into something new, a reusable soap dish. ♻️ Here’s how we did it: ✅ Separated by color → White ABS plastic became the top, black became the bottom. ✅ Shredded into fine particles → Dried and prepped for injection molding. ✅ Engineered for a perfect fit → Multiple iterations to get the click feature just right. ✅ Designed with a marble effect → Inspired by Erno Laszlo’s heritage packaging. Each soap dish now has a unique pattern, making it as special as the product it holds. The marble effect was developed with support of Shaloo Baweja & team from LyondellBasell. Let’s make smart use of what already exists. ❤️
