Lectrix NDuro electric scooter launched at Rs 89,999 : Design, range, features and more

Electric vehicle startup LectriX EV has unveiled its new electric scooter, the Nduro, available in two variants - Nduro 2.0 and Nduro 3.0. Bookings commence from December 7, 2024, with a starting price yet to be disclosed. The Nduro offers battery options providing ranges of up to 117 km and features a 5-inch TFT instrument cluster, USB charging, and more.

Electric vehicle startup LectriX EV has expanded its product lineup with the launch of a new electric scooter, the Nduro. The bookings for the model, which will be available across two variants (Nduro 2.0 and NDuro 3.0) will commence from December 15, 2024. The Nduro will be available at a starting price of Rs 89,999, ex-showroom, for the standard version. Meanwhile the top-spec Nduro 3.0 will set you back by Rs 99,999, ex-showroom. Notably the company will also offer the model with a Battery-as-as-subscription (BaaS) plan, priced at Rs 59,999.
The model features sporty design with an angular front apron with a centrally-mounted round LED headlamp. Besides that, it gets sleek L-shaped white stripes flanking the headlamp.

Lectrix Nduro: Battery and range


The Nduro EV will offer two battery options: a 2.3 kWh battery pack offering a claimed range of 90 km and a larger 3.0 kWh battery pack that will return a range of 117 km on a fully-juiced battery. Both trims will offer a top-speed of 65 kmph, while the 0-40 kmph sprint will take 5.1 second for the standard version and 5.5 seconds for the Nduro 3.0.

Lectrix Nduro: Hardware and features


Speaking of the hardware, the suspension duties are carried out by telescopic forks in the front and dual-shock absorbers on the rear. Stopping power comes from drum brakes on both wheels.

As for the features, it gets a host of features including a 5-inch TFT instrument cluster with smartphone connectivity, hill hold, secure mode, side stand cutoff & alert, SOS, reverse mode among others. Other highlights include 42-litres of underseat storage, USB charging, mobile holder, front hook for groceries and a Combi Braking System.
For the customers’ piece of mind, the company will be offering a standard battery warranty of 3 years and 36,000 km, whichever first.
