A video posted online from the actress' candid conversation on The Ranveer Show, has her displaying her vulnerable side and her tendency to "wear her heart on her sleeve."
Speaking with host, Ananya shared, "Not feeling loved—and that could be by anyone—really hurts. I just feel like I have a lot of love to give, and I try to be as pure and honest as I can. My team keeps reminding me that not everyone is your best friend, but I always feel like they are."

She added, "I'm an open person, so it really hurts me sometimes when someone says, 'You shouldn't have over-shared. They could tell someone else.' I never thought about it like that. I like to see the best in people. But I think not being loved back would hurt the most."
The video clip of her heartfelt statements quickly went viral, and seemingly struck a chord with fans. Many took to the comments section to praise her honesty and calling her experiences relatable. She also has an untitled movie directed by Karan Singh Tyagi which is scheduled to be released in theatres on March 14, 2025.
