The Cleveland Browns have made several key changes to their roster before their season finale against the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday. Cleveland has placed running back Jerome Ford, tight end David Njoku, and running back Pierre Strong on injured reserve. All three players had previously been ruled out for Week 18. Moreover, the team has elevated CB Kahlef Hailassie and RB Jacob Kibodi from the practice squad. The club has also downgraded DT Dalvin Tomlinson to out for Saturday's game.

In the three available spots, the club has signed receiver Kaden Davis, defensive tackle Michael Dwumfour, and safety Christopher Edmonds to the roster off the practice squad. Defensive tackle Dalvin Tomlinson (knee) has been downgraded to out. Additionally, the team has elevated cornerback Kahlef Hailassie and running back Jacob Kibodi off the practice squad to the gameday roster.
NFL insider Adam Schefter said on X, "Browns placed RB Jerome Ford, TE David Njoku, and RB Pierre Strong Jr. on injured reserve.”

Ford played in 14 games this season and leads the team with 565 rushing yards and three touchdowns. He also contributed 37 receptions for 225 yards. Strong managed to amass 108 rushing yards and 104 receiving yards.
The Ravens are playing to snag the AFC North title for the second time. If they win, the team will be the No. 3 seed behind the top-seeded Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills. But if the Ravens lose to Cleveland, the Steelers may claim the division title with a win against the Cincinnati Bengals on Saturday night.

If Pittsburgh secures the AFC North title, Baltimore would fall to the No. 5 seed and begin the playoffs against the Houston Texans. Browns defensive end Myles Garrett recently spoke about what Cleveland needs to do to contain quarterback Lamar Jackson.
"There are definitely some other special cats at the quarterback position who are shifty," Garrett said. "Lamar has that. But he also has speed. He has quickness, is shifty. So, he has that tremendous running ability, and he can also throw the ball to pretty much anyone on the field right now."
