We are so excited to announce that our "Human Cell Atlas_Fırst AI Art in Space" project has been selected as one of the top 100 global works showcased at Beijing Design Week! This recognition honors the project’s groundbreaking exploration of humanity through AI and data, featuring 37.2 trillion human cell data points to create an inclusive self-portrait of humanity. As part of this prestigious event, we had the incredible opportunity to take the stage in Beijing and share Ouchhh Studio’s epic journey of over 15 years. Our talk highlighted how we’ve been uniting science, art, and technology to create data-driven public art installations around the world. From AI-driven sculptures and data paintings to immersive experiences inspired by nature, culture, and the cosmos, we celebrated the intersection of creativity and innovation that defines our work. Beijing Design Week has been a platform to engage with visionaries, creators, and thinkers from around the globe. November 1st, an unforgettable night unfolded at the V&A Exhibition Road Courtyard, where seven stories of individuals who have made a game-changing impact in Arts & Film came to life in an open-to-the-public installation that received incredible reactions. Created by Ouchhh Studio, this artwork uses cutting-edge cognitive Al technology to transform the brainwaves of these influential figures into a living, breathing canvas. This marks a UK debut for the Ouchhh's directors, known for illuminating iconic buildings around the world with pioneering cognitive technology. From the director of Bend It Like Beckham to the founder of a music charity that has nurtured some of today's most recognizable names, each chapter of the artwork brings the unique journey and passion of a Game Changer to life. Thanks to National Lottery players, more than £30 million is raised every week for good causes, supporting the restoration of thousands of arts venues across the UK, including the V&A. We’re thrilled to have been a part of the historic TEDAI Vienna event, where Ouchhh Studio presented the first-ever “Real-time AI EEG Data Cognitive Painting” in the history of TED talks. This unique performance, created using live brain data and advanced AI algorithms, was an unforgettable moment that redefined the intersection of art, science, and technology on the TED stage. Ouchhh collaborated with amazing composer and musician @phoebeviolet.music . TEDAI also marked a milestone as Europe’s very first TED event dedicated to exploring the immense potential of AI. During my 8-minute talk, I had the incredible opportunity to share the epic 15-year journey of Ouchhh Studio. From our beginnings, driven by a passion for blending art and data, to becoming a pioneering force in AI-driven art, it’s been a path filled with many world-firsts and groundbreaking achievements. We have always strived to push the boundaries of what’s possible, whether it's integrating AI into public spaces, turning data into immersive experiences, or collaborating with some of the world’s leading institutions and brands. Sharing this journey with the audience at TEDAI was a deeply rewarding experience, and we were honored to be in the company of such brilliant minds. Standing alongside distinguished speakers like Raia Hadzel, VP Research at Google DeepMind, and Rama Akkiraju, VP of Enterprise AI & Automation at Nvidia, was a true privilege. Their insights into the future of AI were both inspiring and thought-provoking, and we’re grateful to have shared the stage with them and many other inspiring voices at this one-of-a-kind event. We are so thankful to everyone who has supported us throughout this journey, and to those who joined us at TEDAI to witness this special moment.
