Together to new heights: Today is the first day of school (again) for some of our colleagues!   We launched an internal talent program, “JetStream” to boost our ambitious colleagues' career journeys in aviation. In collaboration with KompetenzCampus Frankfurt UAS – the department of lifelong learning of Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences Science, our colleagues embark on a learning journey which culminates with a university certificate in aviation management. JetStream lasts approximately five months, including in-class and online sessions, where they will deep dive into topics such as:   - Strategic airline management, - Safety and risk management, - Interpersonal communication skills, - Global logistics, - Transformative leadership, - Digital business and AI, - Innovation management, - Value-based leadership, - Sustainability   We congratulate all our team members from the cockpit, cabin, and office who passed through a challenging assessment process, and we are eagerly waiting for the results of this new journey that they will experience.   With our commitment to continuous development, we wish you all the best in this exciting chapter!
