訪訪客用戶Lucky we booked the Hauser. It is in the middle of town area with the best and most popular restaurant of its own in town. We got a balcony room with stunning view of town and mountain. Room is spacious and basic with every amenities you need. The efficient free shuttle back to train station was bonus. The staff helping the arrangement were all super friendly and helpful.
We also enjoyed our breakfast. What's more you can expect from St Moritz?

浪浪迹天涯遍全球非常美的湖景，非常推薦這個酒店，每天醒來對着聖莫裏茨湖超級浪漫。。餐廳景色也很美早餐豐富，千萬不要點晚餐的套餐，超級難吃。。服務很好，可以提前打電話或者發郵件叫酒店去火車站接，就在附近。。免費的，才想起來評價這裏哈哈哈

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views and the staff's warm hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious stay in the picturesque Swiss Alps. The hotel manager, Ms. Simone Müller was incredibly nice, friendly, and understanding. She ensured that our stay was smooth and attended to all our needs with great attention to detail. Furthermore, when we encountered an unexpected last-minute cancellation, Ms. Müller was very accommodating and kindly waived the cancellation fee, which was highly appreciated. The hotel's swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath were among the major factors that drew us to stay at Hotel Cervus. These facilities proved exceptional and provided an excellent way to unwind and bond as a team after our busy days. Our rooms at the hotel were stunning. They were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with tasteful decors. The well-equipped amenities in every room made our stay even more comfortable. It's no exaggeration to say that these were some of the most beautiful rooms we have ever experienced in Switzerland. During our overnight stay, we were treated to a delicious breakfast in the morning, featuring freshly made croissants and eggs cooked to order. The attention to detail and commi**ent to quality was evident in this memorable dining experience. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Cervus in St. Moritz was genuinely unforgettable. The combination of the hotel's luxurious facilities, the attentive staff, and the enchanting surroundings made for a perfect team-building retreat. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and more connected as a team. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Cervus to anyone seeking a memorable stay in the beautiful Swiss Alps.

HHUIHUA房間很大，沒什麼景色。。有免費票可以去附近的公眾泳池，可以游泳，溫泉，健身，spa，千萬不要去三樓的男女混合spa，要全裸的。。我們就是去了。。很尷尬，溫泉池很美。。露天的'就是不能拍照，酒店樓下的意大利餐廳很好吃！自助餐餐廳一般，但是物價在聖莫裏茨來說很划算

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the main shopping streets and restaurants. The center of St Moritz is located considerably higher than the main railway station. Taking a taxi is CHF 25, but an alternative is to take an escalator to the city center. If you exit the station, go left and cross the parking garage to the escalator which will take you the center of St Moritz. After that it is a 5 - 10 minute walk of which half is uphill. The Receptionist at check in was helpful, check in was smooth. The room was a bit outdated and the bed was very soft. The mattress was thin and uncomfortable. On the upside: if you book a room on the lakeside, the view is incredible.
