🚀 Market Fast Track Programme: A Step-by-Step Guide to Entering the EU Market The past two weeks have been an intensive deep dive for deep-tech founders! Vacuum Deep Tech Acceleration together with Plug and Play Tech Center, ran the Market Fast Track Programme, featuring three hands-on workshops and personalized mentorship sessions. Our key goal? Equipping startups with practical tools to enter the EU market and build a strong go-to-market strategy. 🔥 What did participants achieve? ✅ Refined their Customer Value Proposition – clearly defining the problems they solve and the value they create for customers. ✅ Dived into Market Intelligence – analyzing the competitive landscape and identifying the best market entry points. ✅ Developed Go-to-Market strategies – learning how to scale effectively while considering the nuances of different European markets. Educational activities were led by Anastasiia Liubiashcheva from Vacuum Deep Tech Acceleration. Our mentorship sessions were powered by an incredible lineup of experts: João Monteiro Fernandes, Laurens Vanryckeghem, Louis Debrabandere, Federico Gandini, Matteo Nicoli, and Carolina Ferreira da Silva. We were also honored to have Elena Eyngorn as a featured expert in our workshop, where she shared her inspiring journey of scaling. 📌 What’s next? 📣 DTA Demo Day: How was it? A strong innovation ecosystem starts with talented startups and investors who see the future of technology. DTA Demo Day is one of the key events for the Seeds of Bravery acceleration startups that are ready to enter global markets. 📌 18 startups presented their solutions to international investors and experts, competing for attention and opportunities for further growth. We started the event with welcome words from our friends and partners. We were joined by: ⚡️Inna Perepelytsya, Luxinnovation GIE ⚡️Carolina Ferreira da Silva, Plug and Play Tech Center Before the pitches began, Yulia Tkach, Editor-in-Chief of the creative economy media Vector, hosted an insightful fireside chat with: 🎙 Pedro Falcão, Managing Partner at LC Ventures 🎙 Irakli Kashibadze, Managing Partner at Future Laboratory Ventures Together, they discussed the most relevant trends in venture capital, early-stage startup valuation, and the role of innovation in economic growth. 💡 Key insights from investors: 🔹 How to spot a hidden gem among startups? Evaluating early-stage startups without significant revenue or traction remains a challenge. The key factors are technological novelty, product uniqueness, market potential, and founder expertise. Investors emphasize that incorrect valuation is one of the most common mistakes founders make. 🔹 Why are venture investments and startups critical for the economy? Innovation is the driver of long-term economic growth. Investing in deep tech in emerging markets not only creates new technologies but also strengthens a country’s global competitiveness. 🔹 How to stand out during a pitch? The best pitches quickly answer the question: “Why is this product the solution to the problem?” Common startup mistakes include failing to clearly articulate market demand, overloading presentations with technical details, and having an unclear monetization strategy. After the fireside chat, 18 startups presented their innovative solutions to investors from Ukraine and all over the globe. These are the startups from the first two batches of the Seeds of Bravery deep tech acceleration program, developing their products and making strides in global markets. 🚀 A huge thank you to all participants, partners, and investors who joined DTA Demo Day! The UrbanElevate project aims to promote and develop Urban Mobility in Ukraine, contributing to the creation of a comfortable, environmentally friendly and accessible urban environment for all.
