From everyone here at 23.5 Degrees, we would like to extend out heartfelt thanks to all the people and and businesses who have helped us over the last 12 months. We've opened 11 new stores and renovated 8 stores. All of this wouldn't have been possible without the help and support of all the landlords, suppliers and contractors that make all the cogs turn! We are delighted to announce the opening of our latest store. Situation in the new Stanton Europark business development in Harwich (CO12 4EN) within sight of the docks, we are the first on many businesses moving in over the coming weeks. Another fantastic store which has been designed by Claire Donoghue Designer with Ray Morgan as the design manager. Chris Armstrong and the team at JSP Building Services Ltd have done a superb job with the construction and fit-out. Getting this store across the line was our project manager Gary Taylor along with our new store openings manager Gemma Barrett. they have both done a cracking job so well done and thank you! Now it's Daniel Monk and his team's turn to bring the festive spirit and they are ready and waiting to serve you whether it's a Toffeenut Latte or a Gingerbread Cream Iced Chai. We are delighted to announce the opening of our latest, and most northern store, in Berwick-upon-Tweed this morning. The building is a beautifully thought out conversion of what was The Meadow House Inn which was labelled as the first and last pub in England as it is situated within a mile of the Scottish border. So it's reasonably safe to say our new store in the first and last Starbucks in England! This wonderful design is thanks to Sonal Vishram and Ray Morgan at Starbucks and the store has been fitted out superbly by JSP Building Services Ltd under the watchful eye of Chris Armstrong. A huge thank you to all of you! The project for this store was overseen by our own Gary Taylor and Gemma Barrett with support from Jack Williamson. Well done team, you've opened another beauty! It has been a long time coming but we are delighted to say that Cambridge Grand Arcade is back open again after a prolonged closure for super renovation. We have taken the opportunity to relocated the bar and serving area to create a much more open, bright and appealing look for our guests! Beautifully designed by Marc de Wambrechies with Ray Morgan. They have done an amazing job on transforming the old dark space into something so light and airy. The transformation itself has been carried out by JSP Building Services Ltd who have once again, done an outstanding job. The whole project was managed by Ashley Cooper and Gary Taylor along with our own store openings manager Gemma Barrett with support from Jack Williamson. Well done team and thank you for a wonderful transformation. The team was officially opened by Anne from CPSL Mind which is the stores chosen charity as mental health is hugely important to use as a business to to the store partners as well. Leah and her team are thrilled with their new store and can't wait to show it off. So if you're in Cambridge, drop into Grand Arcade shopping centre and visit us on the first floor. This week a group of our partners took on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge to raise money for the charity Mind. The day started terribly when we were almost at the top of the first peak, and had to turn back round due to horrendous weather. We made our way back down and 40 minutes later had another go when the weather had calmed. We then tackled the next two peaks. So the Yorkshire 3 peaks turned into the Yorkshire 3 and 3/4 peaks!!! But after 14 hours and 10 minutes of walking 80,000 steps over 47km and climbing nearly 2000m they completed the challenge! And in the process, raised £2164 for Mind. Amazing! A massive well done to Grace, Johnny, Paul, Danielle, Robyn, Jordan, Jack, Ella, Lucy, Joe, Kyle, Charlotte, Jake, Corrine and Matthew for keeping one foot in front of the other right through to the end! Also, a shout out to Morissa and Rachael for your support throughout the day.   We are so proud of this team who braved some miserable weather and supported each other for a great cause! Our 2nd Starbucks drive thru in Sunderland looks fantastic…. Our last opening of our financial year… finishing on 111 stores. We are delighted to welcome Sunderland Hylton Grange to the 23.5 Degrees family! It is exciting to be opening store 112 in our portfolio, and this is our second store in the Sunderland area. You can find us just off Wessington Way SR5 3HR. I think you'll agree it's a stunner especially with the use of the wood, and our thanks go to designer Pavneet Lally along with Ray Morgan the design manager for creating such a beautiful design to wow our new guests.
