Welcome to the New Era of 4N business networking, and our online community - open to members and non-members - to build relationships, find out about events, and continue networking between meets. Founded in 2006 by Brad Burton, 4N is the UK's largest joined-up Business Network. Now led by the Networking ReBel, Caroline Andrew-Johnstone, 4N continues to support businesses online and face-to-face with numerous meetings across the country each and every week. 4N is a membership organisation that is 50% social, 50% business - a formula that continues to work 17 years on - and that applies on our Social Media as well as in our meetings.

You know life is a funny things and sometimes, well life gets in the way ... ... it's been a typically varied week with the final run up to a big launch for a client I've been working with since the Summer. I caught up with Rob Osborne and we trial recorded the first of our new podcast ... "A book at breakfast" a series where we plan to read some business books both old and new and actually distil the lessons in them, and put them into practice rather then just put them back on the shelf ! I've also had my regular catch up and updates with Brenda Maddox learning more about her world of hotel management. She's in Florida, but coming to the UK soon and I can't wait to meet up with her. We've been working together for most of the year so it's well over due. I gave a talk about video and how to make it at my networking group this week 4N - Business Networking 20 mins of how to approach video and be less scared of it. LISA PENN (Solomon) Lorraine Caplan Paul Smith in the room with few others had positive feedback so I must have got something right. I've reviewed countless hours of video for several clients and delivered almost 20 videos over the last 2 days for social use. Finally I managed to squeeze an evening session into the studio and take the first of a number of Christmas themed shoots coming up over the next few weeks. With just 33 days to the big day there's a bit of room for more Xmas shoots if you want to book in. Beyond all of that I've had the car serviced, the dog insurance and the plumber's fixed a leaky WC so it really has been quite the week. Here's to the weekend.
