4OC Ireland is growing! So that means we need more people. We’re keen to meet enthusiastic, clever and good people (ideally all three) to work out if we are a good fit for each other. Our mission is to work together with public sector organisations on their ambitious plans to deliver ever better services to their users – be they citizens, patients, students, tenants and everyone in between. Brilliant people come in all shapes and sizes, so we’re up for all kinds of flexible arrangements: permanent roles, associates, returners to work, part-timers. And while we do encourage people to work from wherever they best get the work done, very often there will be a need to work on client sites at least a couple of days a week - so bear that in mind. Opportunistic gender-based violence is commonplace in transit, so public transport has a key role to play in prevention. 🚃 As communities work to improve and expand their transport networks, there's an opportunity to embed women's and girls' safety into design to transform these public spaces into beacons of safety. We've done this with Transport for London, so we know it requires a joined up approach. Last month we hosted a group of want-to-do-something-different, let’s-make-it-happen leaders in Adult Social Care, Health and Community sectors. Our aim was to create an open space to really delve into the opportunities that are available to us, but might take a little time, thought, resource (and bravery) to approach. We're absolutely chuffed to see our work with Transport for London shortlisted for the SPOTLIGHT Rail Awards in the Commitment to Safety category! 🚇 The Critical Incident Management project has empowered TfL to proactively and rapidly manage incident response across London Underground for a more cohesive security infrastructure. It's made sure Londoners are safe as they live, work and play across the city, so this award is a huge testament to the team who have worked hard bringing it to life. 📣 We're thrilled to have been shortlisted for HealthTech Ireland's Healthcare Collaboration Award 2024, alongside Health Service Executive and Zendra Health, for the implementation of a new Patient Data Management System in Tallaght ICPOP. 🏥 “This solution has fundamentally transformed how we deliver care in the Tallaght Integrated Care Programme for Older Persons. The system has resulted in efficiencies particularly in referral management and triage, allowing more timely access for our older persons to the appropriate level of care.
