About us

#TotalAccess | #AccessibAll AccessibAll has established itself as the leading voice on access and inclusion within sport. Our approach is to take away existing barriers. We use 'total access' as our focus, harnessing the power of sport to act as a catalyst for disability-inclusive change in wider society. We work closely with stakeholders right across the game - from the grassroots to the boardrooms - to spread our message of #TotalAccess. AccessibAll is working with supporters, clubs and governing bodies towards one clear aim - a more accessible and inclusive matchday experience for disabled supporters across the globe. Disabled people have many important roles to play across the game - not just as fans and players but also as coaches, employees, administrators, decision makers and leaders. Since 2009, AccessibAll has continued to change the lives of disabled people through the unique power of live sport. More disabled fans than ever before are now able to enjoy live sport alongside their friends and family. Clubs, leagues and national associations are increasingly becoming more aware of the importance of access and inclusion, and sport's international governing bodies have outlined their commitment to a game that is accessible, inclusive and welcoming for all. Our vision is a world where disabled people are a key part of the global sporting landscape, as fans, employees, volunteers and leaders, so that everyone has equal opportunities to contribute in an accessible, inclusive and welcoming environment.

  • Flashback to an Inspiring Conversation on Inclusion AccessibAll had at the Coliseum Global Sports Venue Alliance event at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. “Having a section for disabled supporters doesn’t make a venue inclusive – it’s about making the whole stadium accessible.” said our CEO Olivier Jarosz backed by #TedMorris, Chairman of Liverpool Football Club #LDSA."The wheelchair tribunes and sensory rooms won’t generate revenue, but they will give children hope, and that is priceless." Thank you #Coliseum Michael Rennschmied, MA Ala H. Rennschmied for hosting us at the #TottenhamHotspurStadium. It was inspiring to see how inclusive design can transform matchday experiences for everyone. From over 250 wheelchair positions to sensory rooms and audio-descriptive commentary, the Spurs stadium sets a standard for accessibility. 🔗 Read more on Coliseum’s coverage below! • At the AccessibAll Global Summit 2024 in Madrid, AccessibAll celebrated the wider empowerment and collaboration with disabled fans across Europe with the launch our Access Captains initiative. Since 2009, AccessibAll has supported disabled fans and their advocates in establishing disabled supporters groups, fostering positive consultation with their clubs and national associations, and working in partnership as the experts in their respective regions. To further strengthen this partnership, and to empower disabled fans as leaders, we are delighted to launch the Access Captains initiative. This project will see AccessibAll work alongside disabled fans and advocates across Europe and beyond, developing our local knowledge whilst also helping Access Captains to drive further change in their countries. Gohar Navasardyan, who joins as an AccessibAll Access Captain in Armenia, said, "I am truly honoured by the invitation and excited about this opportunity to support and empower disabled fans across Europe. It’s inspiring to see AccessibAll take such impactful steps toward inclusivity and accessibility, and I am thrilled to be a part of it". At the heart of every inclusive society lies the unwavering commitment of individuals who champion the rights and requirements of all of its members. Inspired by this vision, we are proud to speak in a unified voice alongside our Access Captains and wider disabled fans networks. Jon Attenborough, a partially sighted football fan and expert from Scotland, said, "I am so excited to become an AccessibAll Access Captain, and I am really looking forward to working with the teams in my local region to help to make the game that we all love accessible and inclusive for all". All of the initial Access Captains have signed a pledge outlining their commitment and partnership. As Access Captains, they have recognised the importance of creating environments where disabled people have the opportunity to play an inclusive role. We have already made significant progress. Following the AccessibAll Global Summit, we held an initial meeting with the first cohort of Access Captains and an important first agreement emerged: to focus on helping the network establish a structured approach to accessibility. Our journey began with a dedicated team of 11 Access Captains, united by a common goal. As we move forward, we are committed to expanding the reach and impact of the initiative, with further Access Captains to join the movement. We believe that collective action and persistent advocacy can lead to transformative changes in how societies perceive and include disabled people. We invite you to share this endeavour and by supporting initiatives that promote accessibility. Together, let's build a world where inclusivity is the norm, not the exception. Yesterday, our CEO, Olivier Jarosz, represented AccessibAll at the "PZPN (Polski Związek Piłki Nożnej) Goal for Sustainability" summit addressing a critical issue: 50% of disabled people have never attended a football match. The event highlighted key challenges and progress in making football more inclusive, such as ensuring visibility lines for wheelchair users, providing audiodescription services, and introducing Easy Access sectors on stadiums. Olivier emphasized the importance of addressing both visible and invisible disabilities and how simple initiatives, like implementing quiet hours in club stores, can significantly enhance accessibility. As mentioned by Michał Fitas Chair of the Federacja Kibiców Niepełnosprawnych with five Polish clubs recently earning the "Club Without Barriers" recognition, it’s clear that collaboration and innovation are paving the way for greater inclusivity in football and we remains committed to ensuring every fan can fully enjoy the game. #InclusionMatters #Accessibility #FootballForAll #Sustainability #PZPN #AccessibAll #DisabilityAwareness #InclusiveSport #GoalForSustainability #ClubWithoutBarriers #UEFA #TotalAccess Dziekujemy Marta Furmańczuk, Karolina Kowalczyk, Marta Domańska, Przemysław Prętkiewicz Image descpription: The first image captures moments from the "PZPN Goal for Sustainability" conference. • Do you know that #inclusivity is becoming a cornerstone of #Environmental, #Social and #Governance (ESG) #ESG efforts shaping the future of sustainability in sports and beyond? How can we ensure that #ESG strategies truly address the needs of everyone, including individuals with disabilities? A big thank you to PZPN (Polski Związek Piłki Nożnej) for leading the way in driving the ESG agenda with a strong focus on inclusivity and disability matters. We are honored to participate in the Goal for Sustainability: The ESG Football Summit on December 9th at PGE Narodowy. Alongside with Michał Fitas Federacja Kibiców Niepełnosprawnych we’ll discuss critical questions about accessibility of infrastructure for fans with disabilities in Poland and around the world: ✅ Why are disability matters no longer just part of CSR activities? ✅ What are the key aspects of accessible infrastructure? ✅ Who sets the standard globally, and what can we learn from them? It’s time to ensure that football and sustainability leave no one behind. #ESG #Sustainability #Inclusivity #Accessibility #FootballForAll #Leadership
