Today marks the anniversary of the 2004 Tsunami, which claimed hundreds of thousands of lives. Twenty years on, we remember those lost, along with our colleagues across South-East Asia who helped us to respond immediately with fresh water, sanitation facilities and food provisions.

It’s a big project, and thanks to Amara, it’s ticking along without a glitch. This new system will help us make quicker, smarter decisions. And honestly, nobody makes new processes sound exciting like Amara does. She keeps us on track, ensures everything stays on budget, and makes sure deadlines are met – all with a smile (just like all superheroes do). Her clear communication and leadership skills mean she gets things done, no matter how big or small the task. Amara, you’re not just managing projects, you’re helping us grow.
