The UK government's short-sighted decision to gut the aid budget by 40% will leave millions of vulnerable people without life-saving humanitarian support. Our Director of Advocacy and Communications, Charles Lawley تشارلز لاولي, spoke with BBC Radio 2's Jeremy Vine about the dangerous precedent that is being set.
