What a fantastic afternoon we had yesterday! I had the pleasure of hosting a Fireside Chat with Ben Houchen, Mayor of the Tees Valley, at Flok Co-Working Space. This event aims to brings together inspiring speakers to open up discussions on men’s mental health, resilience, and personal growth. All funds raised will be donated to the Headlight Project, an organisation dedicated to reducing suicide rates in the Tees Valley area through bereavement therapy and preventative education.
