  • 🤔 To tier or not to tier, that is the question… In this case, it’s not about mourning the end of the Eras Tour but the equally important subject of whether or not you should introduce a tier system to your loyalty program. In fact, our Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Zsuzsa Kecsmar, just wrote about this topic in her latest Forbes Business Council article.
