ASSEPRO Austria, part of the international The Ardonagh Group continues its successful expansion course and announces the acquisition of Seipt & Partner Versicherungsmakler GmbH. With the incorporation of the renowned insurance broker, the "SME" business segment will be further strengthened and the service quality for customers in Vienna and beyond will be expanded. Seipt & Partner Versicherungsmakler GmbH is known for its many years of expertise in the field of insurance solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises, especially in residential building insurance. Ardonagh Global Partners today confirms completion of the previously announced acquisitions of Mediass Italia S.p.A. and Mansutti Srl. Based in Pescara and founded in 1996, Mediass provides insurance broker services offering General Liability, Motor, and PI insurance solutions via 96 local offices and distribution network of over 550 franchisees. Mansutti S.r.l is the commercial lines broker of Mansutti S.p.A., which was established by the Mansutti family in Milan in 1925. Mansutti Srl specializes in Liability, Property, Employee Benefits, Automotive, and Marine. Together the brokers will add 128,000 customers and nearly 60 new colleagues to The Ardonagh Group, cementing Ardonagh Italia as a preeminent provider of independent insurance broking and risk management in Italy. Ardonagh Netherlands, part of Ardonagh Global Partners, the Dutch arm of one of the world’s leading independent broking groups, is pleased to announce the appointment of its in-country management team to lead the growth of local brokers Léons Group, Klap verzekeringsmakelaar and @Classicus Private Insurance.   Sunny Léons, currently CEO of Leons Group acquired by Ardonagh in 2022, will transition into the role of Chief Executive Officer at Ardonagh Netherlands.    Dov Rychter, currently Commercial Director of Léons Group, will take on the role of Managing Director of Leons.   Jorg Roodbeen, CEO of Klap acquired by Ardonagh in June 2023, has been appointed Chief Acquisitions Officer, responsible for driving the M&A process in the Netherlands.   Jorg is succeeded at Klap by former Marsh executive Fred Willemze, who joins as Managing Director.   Conor Brennan, Executive Chairman of Ardonagh Global Partners, said: “We are grateful for Jorg’s and Sunny’s outstanding leadership over the past years in positioning Klap and Leons for long-term success. Ardonagh Global Partners today announces it has agreed to acquire Mansutti S.r.l, the commercial lines business of Italian insurance broker, Mansutti S.p.A. The business’ legacy spans nearly a century with the foundation of Mansutti SpA in Milan in 1925. Generations of the Mansutti family have since crafted a reputation servicing personal customers through the country’s biggest brands and enterprises with the brokerage being led most recently by Tomaso Mansutti. Ardonagh Global Partners today announces a significant step in its European journey by agreeing to acquire Mediass, the independent Italian insurance broker company.  Based in Pescara, in the Abruzzo region, Mediass was founded in 1996 and serves more than 120,000 customers, providing insurance broker services to public enterprises, SMEs, large corporates, and retail clients. The broker offers general liability, motor, and PI insurance solutions via 96 local offices across a broad Italian footprint, as well as a distribution network of over 550 franchisees. Mediass will continue to be led by Chairman Francesco Pirocchi and CEO Gianluca Graziani, supported by their existing management team.
