This National Apprenticeship Week we want to celebrate the first cohort of AS Managers to embark on our ‘Excelling in Team Leadership’ course. We’ve collaborated with Raise the Bar to provide this brilliant learning initiative, alongside Apprenticeship experts, Arthur Curtis Education who supported us to make this partnership happen. One of our colleagues, Katherine Balestrini from our Portsmouth Store, has loved the programme so far, here’s what she had to say: “Since starting the course I have learnt a lot about myself and the way I lead as a person.
