🏗️ PROJECT UPDATE: Lancaster Wharf, Birmingham We’re pleased to report continued progress on our 266-bed luxury residential development at Lancaster Wharf in Birmingham city centre. Since our last update, our team has completed the concrete framework up to the 18th floor out of a total of 23 storeys. Internal fix and fit-out works are also well underway, with fit-out ongoing up to the 8th floor. Work is advancing across other areas, with windows installed and facades continuing up to the 11th floor. The next stages will focus on roof installation, followed closely by internal fit-out across additional floors. We’re proud to share that our site team received strong scores in the recent Considerate Constructor assessment—a testament to their hard work and commitment, including apprentices actively contributing alongside subcontractors.
