A New Year is also the perfect refresh period to increase your prices for existing members! 2 - Check Your Equipment 🏋️ With some lower foot traffic during the holiday period, now is the time to inspect the gym floor and repair gym equipment to ensure everything is in perfect working condition. 3 - 👋👋👋 Streamline Onboarding A simple and clear onboarding process is one of the biggest factors in retaining new members past the first few months. With so many new members starting, now is the best time to update your new member orientation materials, including welcome packets, tours, and safety briefings. Consider digitising and automating sign-ups to reduce that front desk congestion. 4 - Review Your Class Schedules 🗓🚴 Take some time to look over your class offerings and attendance history. See if there are popular classes that you're not offering enough of, or poorly attended classes that could be dropped. In preparation for the New Year, be sure your staff are ready to address common newbie questions and handle complaints.
