Because the right workflow can help you: • Convert more leads • Rack up those 5-star reviews • Cut down on those pesky admin tasks So try submitting an enquiry from your personal email and jot down anything that could use a tweak. Ask yourself: 🤔 Is the info you provide in your emails up to date and in line with what's on your website and socials? 🤔 How quickly and consistently are you answering questions? (bonus points if you answer common questions before they're asked 😉) 🤔 Can you automate or outsource any of the nitty-gritty stuff? 🤔 Is there something extra you could throw in to wow your clients? eg a brochure or call scheduling link.
