As we wrap up 2024, we want to thank our members and partners for their continued support throughout the year. Looking ahead, 2025 will be an exciting year for ASVA and our members, filled with new opportunities, fantastic events and shared success. We've had the pleasure of visiting and connecting with many of you this year, and we look forward to even more collaborations in the year ahead! ✨ And special shoutout to all our incredible members in the attractions sector who will be working hard over the festive season to deliver world-class experiences to our visitors. As we hurtle towards Christmas, it was great to take some time to celebrate the season with Bridgeen Mullen and the team at The Clydeside Distillery. In an event to thank friends, colleagues and supporters, they shared some exciting plans for the New Year, which include the transformation of their cafe space into The Clydeside Whisky Bar. Opening in Spring 2025 this will provide a fabulous new space in which visitors will be able to appreciate the great hospitality and range of whiskies the Distillery offers. Wishing Bridgeen and the team all the best for an exciting year ahead—and we can’t wait to raise a glass at The Clydeside Whisky Bar when it opens. The latest ASVA monthly visitor attraction barometer report for October 2024 is now available in the members area of the ASVA website. With contributions from 340 attraction operators, we recorded 3,339,972 visits in October 2024 showing a 13.1% increase from last year’s 2,953,849.
