Specialists in Bakery and Gluten Free Ingredients, The BakeRite Company strives to provide the best ingredients and the best service in our market. BakeRite is a company that puts quality and safety as its first priority. We as a company have achieved the BRC Certification for Agents and Brokers, and our logistics centre is also BRC certified. Our products are covered by BRC or FSSC certification or at least ISO certification, ensuring HACCP principles are in place. You can be assured that our products are tested and safe to use. We have an extensive product range of over 150 products, most of which are certified gluten free. A significant number of these are certified at less than 5 ppm, well below the recommended limit of less than 20 ppm. The BakeRite Company imports and supplies a wide range of premium flours, flakes, and starches for bakery ingredients. These ingredients are sourced from high quality producers who can ensure a consistently high quality product. We also produce a range of Gluten Free Flour Blends that are combinations of ingredients designed to replace wheat flours in many bakery ingredients. They have been developed by our in-house technicians, and we also offer client customisation of blends.
