Looking back over the past year Bells Accountants are proud to have used our resources and expertise not just to serve our clients but to make a positive impact on the local community. This year, the team have volunteered, donated and participated in various activities. CSR is not just a box to be ticked, but a genuine commitment to to make a tangible, positive impact on the lives of those around us. Some of our CSR projects: The Chartwell Charities We are proud to be long-term supporters, volunteering our time and resources to further their vital work. Our team members organise an annual quiz, which in total has raised nearly £7000 to support cancer patients and their families, including an AV1 robot, Annabell, helping a child to learn in school remotely when they are too unwell to attend in person. We also donate Easter Eggs and support them through our Pure B2B Mastermind meetings. Demelza Children’s Hospice - Our team sponsored and took part in the Demelza Charity Bubble Run, a fun fundraising event that brings the community together. We are delighted to lend our sponsorship to this local vital cause. Writing a series of books called Money & You! educating young people on finance. We are promoting the need for these much needed life skills, and we have gifted some to local schools and youth charitable foundations. ABC Book Club– Our team have collected donations to build school libraries, as reading is proven to have a positive affect on children's lives particularly in deprived communities. Table talk leader and volunteering at Beckenham Business Association at their Business Day, building connections and support for our local business owners. Volunteering at Foal Farm Animal Rescue Centre Biggin Hill. Our team spent the day there helping deep clean animal shelters. Sponsor of Orpington FC under 7s. Collected pyjamas for the @Children's Hospital Pyjamas Appeal. At Bells Accountants, we are honoured to be able to give back to the communities we serve, and we will continue to seek out new ways to make a lasting, positive impact.
