📢 Month 4 round up from Better Life Accountancy Limited 📢 Last month was certainly a month focussed on our wonderful clients 🕵 With the Autumn Statement on the horizon, and the uncertainty that came with that, October was spent working closely with our clients to see where we could make improvements. So how have we delivered a #BetterLife for our clients? 💰 Financially - 6-figure tax saving achieved for one client ⏲️ Time saving - Internal client processes reviewed to improve efficiencies 🤖 Implement technology - Removed manual tasks through automation We're passionate about improving lives. It's as simple as that. Well, they do say time flies when you're having fun 😝 Here are some of the highlights from month 3: ✅ Increased brand awareness - more people know who we are and what we can do to help them, their families and their businesses ✅ More great clients to work with - We've seen a steady increase in enquiries and a record number of proposals were sent out in September. A #BetterLife awaits for all our new & existing clients! ✅ The foundations have set - All those tasks which come with setting up a new accountancy firm are done, which means less time wrestling with HMRC and more time helping deliver an impactful service for our clients ✅ Laser-focussed advice - With the Autumn statement just around the corner, we've pro-actively advised a number of clients on what potential changes are coming and how they can plan and take action before it's too late. Working closely with our clients so we understand their needs is key to delivering the best possible service. Whilst it's great to pause and reflect on what's been achieved, we're always thinking of what's next and how we can deliver an even better service for our clients in the future. We turned a £9k tax payment into a £7k tax refund... 🤑 With the second payment on account being due by the end of July 2024 🗓, our client was expecting to have to find over £9k to pay the taxman.
