BFBi is hosting a bite-sized seminar on Reducing, Reusing, Recycling Water in the Brewing & Beverage Industry Presentations from Kersia, Murphy & Son and NIRAS will help you address your water useage and sustainability goals. We are also taking the opportunity of asking Valpak to give an update on 2 issues very high up on most beverage manufacturer’s and supply chain companies’ agendas: • DRS – what is happening with Wales and how will affect manufacturers in England and Scotland, and • EPR – what do we need to be doing from 1st January and is there any scope for amendments to the legislation just put in place? If you are affected by DRS or EPR or are looking to reduce your water useage then please come along. We are running a “Pay It Forward” campaign, whereby a drinks manufacturers’ ticket will be sponsored by a BFBi member. The event is informal and encourages dialogue between presenters and attendees – an effective way to get up to speed in the topic areas.
