Fundraising for our Nominated Charity The annual tally of our efforts this year for St Peter & St James Charitable Trust Over the year we have had a couple of opportunities to fundraise for the Hospice. We held a Quiz night in September at The Lost Pier Taproom which generated over £300 and in May of course we had the BHBiz24 Awards, where we sold raffle tickets and offered banner displays. Even the table arrangements on the night provided by Bella June Flowers were all sold off. The final total for 2024 was £2,331.00. That gives us a target to beat next year, we hope to raise far more. Many thanks to all individuals and companies that donated to this very worthy cause. We want you to make the most of your membership. Get in touch with Richard Cox: richard.cox@bhbpa.co.uk

Christmas Networking at The Woolpack - A fresh approach to networking As this was a social/business event we wanted to encourage our delegates to mix in groups they may not have otherwise mixed with. So we devised what we've called Tribal Networking ... We asked everyone to split up into ‘tribes’ If you'd been there, which tribe would you have been part of? Everyone then told their tribe their reason for being there, and each tribe then nominated their favourite tribe member’s stories and those members told the whole assembled crowd about it. It was just a bit of fun to help everyone limber up their public speaking skills. We'd like to thank Dee and Lance for yet again hosting our Christmas event, laying on their sausage rolls and mince pies with mulled wine for all our guests. Check out their Christmas menu here: https://lnkd.in/eRPy7qEC We want you to make the most of your membership, if you'd like to know more, get in touch: richard.cox@bhbpa.co.uk
