Inspiring Entrepreneurs - Transforming Businesses Our Entrepreneurial Scale Up System (ESUS) is aimed at owner managed businesses with typically between 2 and 25 employees looking to reach the next staging post in their ScaleUp journey. We combine a proven methodology for scaling up and creating value (Flight Academy) with peer to peer support (SmartBoards) to provide real and tangible support that delivers. We are honoured to be named as a finalist in the ‘Services Industries Entrepreneur of the Year’ category in this year’s Great British Entrepreneur Awards. and Shortlisted for UK Business of the Year and Business Leader of the Year, at the 2022 International Business Brilliance Awards. Building a successful, sustainable business is hard and the journey is fraught with potential pitfalls. Therefore, along with my team, I have made it my mission to transform the lives of business owners through our proven and structured peer to peer and 1 to 1 support programme, which helps owner managers scale-up and maximise the value of their business.
