Last week our CTO Jaco Vermeulen spoke at the AI Transform 2024 conference. His focus was on the reality of AI for SMEs, emphasising objectivity when considering AI instead of blinding amazement (or fear) at hype. Boring, but important! While AI capabilities has enabled valuable enterprise solutions for several decades, it is important to be aware that AI is not the answer for every objective and that there is far more to it to successfully use AI (if appropriate) than just using open market AI services and having some data.
